Auto Windscreens wins ING contract

Auto Windscreens has secured a major contract win with ING Car Lease.

Auto Windscreens will deliver a nationwide 24/7/365 days a year automotive glazing repair and replacement service to ING Car Lease's 50,000-strong car and commercial vehicle fleet, through its network of fitting centres and 700-strong mobile fleet.

Earlier this year, Auto Windscreens extended its core operational hours for its mobile fleet from 8.00am-8.00pm. The new operational hours mean ING Car Lease customers can choose a time and date for glass replacement and repairs to fit around their working and social life and not incur out-of-hours charges.

Commenting on the decision to appoint Auto Windscreens, Alan Lilley, head of technical services at ING Car Lease, said: 'Our customers expect value for money whilst providing a first-class service. The extended opening hours show Auto Windscreens' commitment to meeting ING's expectations.'
